Ingredients

  • 3 waxy potatoes, sweet potato, or other chipping vegetable (e.g. parsnip)
  • oil for frying
  • salt


Method

  1. Wash potatoes. Leaving the skin on, cut potatoes into chip shapes using a chipper.
  2. Deep fry until cooked in hot oil
  3. Dry and salt, then serve with tomato sauce. Love the acrylamide.
