Ingredients
- 3 waxy potatoes, sweet potato, or other chipping vegetable (e.g. parsnip)
- oil for frying
- salt
Method
- Wash potatoes. Leaving the skin on, cut potatoes into chip shapes using a chipper.
- Deep fry until cooked in hot oil
- Dry and salt, then serve with tomato sauce. Love the acrylamide.
