- 150g dried, pitted dates
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon organic cocoa
- 1 teaspoon peppermint essence
- sulfur-free desicated coconut for rolling
- Place dates, seed and cocoa in a food processor and blend until all chopped up finely.
- Add essence and briefly mix together.
- Roll teaspoon-full amounts of mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
- Bliss out on the cholesterol, sugar, gluten, sulfur, etc free goodies! (makes 20 small balls)
