Savoury yeast flakes
Savoury Yeast Flakes are pasteurised and salted flakes of food yeast (Sacchromyces cerevisiae.). They have a pleasant savoury flavour and are naturally rich in essential amino acids, minerals, and B complex vitamins.
The packet may seem quite expensive at $15.90 for 200 grams, but we've been using it for a year or so already - they last a long time, and are well worth it.
